Please note that all character animal artworks are individually made to order by professional labs and framers in the UK. Unframed prints are dispatched within 1-2 working days, framed prints will dispatch in 1-2 weeks.

DELIVERY COST

UNFRAMED PRINTS – UK: £4.95
FRAMED PRINTS – UK: £14.50 (exact shipping cost for more than 1 item will be calculated at the checkout)
Rest of the world: the exact amount will be calculated at the checkout depending on the place of your residence.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

International orders may incur customs duties (intra EU orders excluded) which are not included in the shipping costs. We will make every attempt to minimise customs charges in accordance with international shipping regulations.

RETURNS POLICY

We make every effort to insure all our products are up to a very high standard and we hope you are delighted with your order. However If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please email us  as soon as possible at info@kerto.art and return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
