We make every effort to insure all our products are up to a very high standard and we hope you are delighted with your order. However If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please email us  as soon as possible at info@kerto.art and return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

As all of our products are custom made, we do not offer refunds.  However, you can exchange your product if damaged upon on arrival. Our policy lasts 14 days from your receipt of goods. If you cannot return the item(s) to us within 14 days, you can notify us of your intention to return within that period by emailing us. If 14 days have lapsed since receipt of goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your return item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where we are unable to offer an exchange: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged.

Unfortunately, shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable, hence we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty, we would advise customers to contact us on +44 (0) 7772343339 or at info@kerto.art as soon as possible.

Please use the address above and send the parcel via a signed delivery, please keep receipt for proof of postage. If you are shipping an item worth over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Any returned item that is received by us more than 14 days after the date of item received by you will not be accepted.
