LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
WHAT IS A LIMITED EDITION PRINT?
When a print is a limited edition, it is one of only a limited number of copies of that particular image ever produced. Once all these have sold out, there won’t be any more available. There is however, something called “Artist Proof” (A/P), which a lot of artists decide produce pre-print run. If an artist has decided to create some artist proofs, there will be a couple of copies available per print run. Artist proofs exist purely to test the colours and other elements of the image to see if any corrections need to be made before the main limited edition print run. The limited edition prints can be distinguished by their markings: the first print of an edition of 95, for example, is numbered 1/95 and the last one would be 95/95. The edition number is usually placed at the bottom left hand corner of the print. If you’d like to know how many prints there are in each print run, all you need to do is to see the product page where the edition is listed alongside with other information about the artwork.

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY ARTWORK?
With framed pieces, we recommend a basic glass cleaner. Use a lint-free cloth to clean surface but make sure to spray cleaning solution on the cloth—not the glass. To keep the framework clean, dust regularly with lint-free cloth.
For other artworks, the care instructions may vary, hence we always aim to supply the instructions either with your order digitally or in packaging printed with your artwork.
DO YOU DONATE TO CHARITY?
Yes, charity work is very close to our heart, in fact with every piece sold from this website, we donate a % to various animal charities. If you would like to be considered for a donation please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be more than happy to view your request but please note that, unfortunately we are unable accommodate all requests.
WILL MY PRINT BE SIGNED AND/OR EDITIONED?
All limited edition prints are signed by the artist. Kerto.art also offers open edition prints and posters. You will find if the prints are signed and numbered on each product page description.
HOW CAN I ENSURE AUTHENTICITY OF ARTWORKS?
As well as artworks being numbered and signed by the artist, they also come with a Certificate of Authenticity with artist’ signature and embossing stamp.
WILL YOU BE ABLE TO TELL ME WHAT EDITION I WILL RECEIVE?
This is certainly possible, all you need to do is to request such info by emailing email@example.com . If you’d like a certain number in an edition, perhaps for a special occasion, this may also be possible – simply email firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY PRINT ARRIVES SAFELY?
Both prints and framed prints are well packaged for a safe delivery.
CAN I HAVE KERTO ART CREATE A BESPOKE ARTWORK FOR ME?

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. This website has secure Paypal checkout – if you don’t have a Paypal account, no worries – instead of clicking on Paypal “Log in” button, simply choose “Pay by credit or debit card” – from there all you need to do is to enter your card details. You can also place your order by calling us on + 44 (0)7772343339.
I HAVE A COUPON CODE, HOW DO I USE IT?
Coupon codes can be added in the box at the top of the checkout page. This discount will be applied instantly. Coupon codes cannot be added to an order retrospectively.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately not – once an order has been placed we are unable to add additional items to it. If you would like to purchase any additional items, please place another order on the website or call us on +44(0)7772343339. If we can include your new order in the same shipment, we will be happy to refund the shipping costs, in any, for the additional item. If the initial order had free shipping and the additional item includes shipping the shipping charges will apply for the whole order.
DO YOUR PRICES CHANGE OVER TIME?
