Delivery

Overview

Delivery costs are specified with each item on the website and will vary depending on the product(s) ordered e.g. an unframed or framed print.  Delivery costs will also vary based upon the delivery address. Charges differ by size and weight, so please check the postage and packing (P&P) cost shown on each individual item.

In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, we aim to deliver all orders within 30 days of the order date unless a different timescale is agreed at checkout. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, risk in the goods remains with us until they are delivered into your possession.

DUTY & TAXES

Since 1 January 2021 the UK is no longer part of the European Union or its customs union. As a result, orders delivered outside the UK — including to EU countries — may be subject to import duty and/or tax charged by the destination country. Any such duty and tax charges are payable by the recipient and are not the responsibility of Kerto Art.

Any personal information you provide to arrange delivery (such as your name, address and contact details) is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as set out in our Privacy Policy.  We only use this information to fulfil and manage your order.
